About our Practitioners



Deeply Kneaded Therapy is a clinic based in Hamilton, Ontario.
Jocelyn Jennings, BA, RMT, DOMP, is a Registered Massage Therapist licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as of 2009. As of 2022, Jocelyn has her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario. She is also certified in Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Reflexology and is certified to teach meditation from the Naturality School of Meditation in Hamilton. Jocelyn also enjoys drawing and painting, playing fiddle and riding her bicycle.
Jan Baleka, DOMP, is a fully trained osteopathic manual practitioner and graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2022. He also completed a four-year program Osteopathic Therapy program in 2018 in Germany, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Netherlands, and has taken many courses such as: manual lymphatic drainage, sports physiotherapy, trigger point therapy, cranial and visceral osteopathy. Jan enjoys time with his family, world-wide travelling, reading, hiking and playing basketball.
Olena Medwid, Certified Introspective Hypnosis Practitioner, is trained under Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman - both internationally recognized hypnotherapists and authors in the field of transpersonal and regression hypnotherapy. Olena is currently pursuing her Clinical Hypnotherapy certification through the Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy, with a focus on neuroscience based techniques to support emotional regulation, behavioral change and subconscious reprogramming. In addition to her hypnotherapy work, Olena is a certified yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner and Reiki Master, integrating a holistic perspective into her therapeutic approach.
